Caterpillar hosts: Various species of buckwheats (Eriogonum nudum),
lupines (Lupinus), trefoils (lotus), and
milkvetches (Astragalus).
Adult food: Flower nectar.
The Acmon Blue butterfly can usually be found around the desert, fields, prairie hills, weedy areas,
road edges.
